Return Guidelines:
- Store Credit Only: Returns will be processed as store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
- Return Period: You have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Customer Expense: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
- Return Process:
1. Email us at info@faithandfieldsboutique.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
2. Attach clear pictures of the item you wish to return, showing its condition.
Additional Information:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
